2016 Volvo V60

The 2017 Volvo updates have just been announced, causing justifiable excitement all across Billings and Lockwood. From state-of-the-art semi-autonomous drive technology, all the way to new color options, the new set of Volvo vehicles, including updated V60, S60, and XC90 models are inspiring fevered anticipation throughout the country.

XC90: Pilot Assist II and Power Pulse

If there’s one update that Billings and Lockwood drivers are most excited about, it’s likely the introduction of Pilot Assist II on XC90. A modular approach to car-building enabled by Volvo’s SPA architecture has made such a development possible, and will guide drivers at highway speeds in well-marked conditions.

But that isn’t all — the 2017 XC90 will also be available with PowerPulse technology. This system employs compressed air to deliver instant responsiveness, so you’ll fly off the line in a way unmatched by rival vehicles.

90 Series: Updated Connectivity

Billings and Lockwood drivers can look forward to a string of connectivity updates when they pick up a 90 Series model from Underriner Volvo. Sensus, Volvo’s own in-car connectivity system, has now been fully-optimized with new native apps. Spotify will allow you to stream from an immense library of tracks, and Park and Pay lets you park up with ease.

Drivers will also be able to take advantage of the Connected Service Booking system. It uses Internet Maps, TuneIn, Local Search, and Yelp applications to let you make bookings on the go, and a Record & Send function lets you make voice notes to stay thoroughly in command of your busy lifestyle.

60 Series: New Engines and Styling

The 60 Series lineup will also receive a significant set of updates, including the addition of an award-winning four cylinder T5 engine that can deliver up to 245 hp. That powerhouse will be mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard.

Styling will also be improved. There are new 18-inch wheels for the S60, V60, and XC60, plus 20-inch wheels for the XC60. 60 Series models will even enjoy three new exterior colors.
